Outlasting sandpaper by up to 10 times, aluminium oxide is the abrasive paper of choice used by trade professionals. The grains are more durable, have a self-sharpening action and clog less, giving high performance sanding. ProDec aluminium oxide features E-weight backing paper that is highly flexible and crack resistant so it withstands being creased and folded, making it ideal for sanding contoured or shaped surfaces, as well as being easy to cut for power tool use. It's ideal both for hand sanding - with or without a sanding block - and machine sanding.

80 grit Medium grade is suitable for removing varnish, smoothing surface imperfections and sanding bare wood to prepare it before painting
60 grit Coarse grade is suitable for sanding rough sawn wood, rapidly removing previous coatings and shaping or rounding edges
