Shipping Policy

Items are shipped within 1-3 working days of cleared payment via either Royal Mail or DPD.

DPD 24-hour items exclude Bank holidays and weekends.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. You may be charged a customs fee on items purchased from us, the rate is set by the laws in the applicable country. Note that there may be restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging still with tags attached. The item cannot be worn or damaged.

Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds Policy

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping Policy for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. We only provide free returns label if the item is damaged or faulty.

Please contact us once you have received your item if this is the case.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Policy

If you require a different size/colour then please return the item/s within 7 days to:

Please include your original invoice with a note stating the reason for the exchange.

Exchanges are processed within 5 working days of them being received back to us.
